FAQ

How is this different from Gong AI summaries or Gainsight Horizon AI?
Those are built for the side of the funnel that closes deals. We’re built for the side that keeps them. Same call. Different output. Same call recorder, by the way — we work alongside Gong, not instead of it.
What’s the difference between autofill mode and copy-paste mode?
Both are available on Pro. Autofill types directly into Gainsight CTA and Activity forms in your open browser session, no extra clicks, no API credentials, no admin setup. Copy-paste gives you a one-click copy button on every field for any Gainsight surface or other tool. Most CSMs use both: autofill where it’s live, copy-paste for everything else (Success Plans, Milestones, custom fields).
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT can do this if you write a 12-paragraph system prompt every time. We did the prompt engineering once so you don’t have to.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in the Stripe portal. No questions, no retention email, no friction.
Do you train on my data?
No. Anthropic doesn’t train on API traffic. We don’t train on transcripts. The transcript is sent for processing and discarded — not stored, not logged, not in our database.
What if my IT team blocks debugger-permission extensions?
The debugger permission is only used to read transcripts from your call recorder, never on Gainsight. Click-to-copy mode works fine even if IT restricts debugger usage on Gainsight specifically. If your policy is a blanket block, email security@cockpitcopilot.io — there’s a future Manifest V3 path we’ll prioritize for your team.
My team uses Fireflies / Supernormal / Fathom / Chorus / Otter / Zoom instead of Gong. Does this work?
Gong is natively supported today. Everything else (Fireflies, Supernormal, Fathom, Chorus, Otter, Zoom) works via manual transcript paste right now. Native integrations are coming. Whoever raises their hand first as a testing partner ships first.
Can my team share the org config?
On the Team plan, your admin sets it once and every CSM uses the same taxonomy automatically. On Pro, you can export your config as JSON and share the blob — teammates paste it into their Settings to mirror it. On Free, settings are personal.
Why $29? Why $199?
$29 is roughly the cost of an hour of a CSM’s time, and Pro saves you 4–6 hours a week. $199 for a team of 15 is roughly the cost of a $14K renewal review meeting that happens because someone forgot to log a milestone. We did the math.
My company requires SAML SSO. Do you have it?
Yes — on Enterprise contracts. We support Okta, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Google Workspace, OneLogin, and PingIdentity. The onboarding is a single SAML metadata URL handoff between your IT team and ours.
My security team needs a DPA, sub-processor list, and SIG-Lite responses before they’ll approve us.
All three exist. Email security@cockpitcopilot.io and we send the packet within one business day. Sub-processor list is also published at /legal/sub-processors.
We can’t pay by credit card — we need an invoice and a PO.
Available on Enterprise contracts. Annual billing, purchase orders, NET-30 or NET-60 terms. Stripe handles the invoice; your AP team handles the rest.
